Haven't seen this photo before Bob. Looking closely, I can see a portion of the bottom of the drivers door still intact. When I got it even that bit had fallen off and as for the sill rail / cover, I didn't even know that this model should have one! It wasn't until I found some advertising photo's that I saw the need to put one on. Also, the roof looked in better nick than when I got it, the last quarter of the driver side rear had completely collapsed.
Car MoT'd at the end of April so its now on road trials and I'm building up confidence with longer trips each day.

Hello,  These are cars that I have restored or sold over the years. I buy one do it up,  Sell it Put more money with it and buy another.. The trouble is , you end up with expensive cars.  I like the chalange of makind a silk purse out of a sows ear.. When they arrive, my wife says  " what ever did you buy that rusty old thing for.. Are these all cars that you've owner - if so, what an amazing collection.

 

I'd love to hear more about the two Lea-Francis woodies.
